December 1: TED Talk! Ashley is directing a short Project Girl program which is part of TEDxWomen with Jane Fonda and Gloria Steinem. Scroll to the bottom of the Press page and watch the video.

FALL 2011

November 30: Trafficked, a devised piece on global sex trafficking, devised by Project Girl Performance Collective and directed by Ashley is being debuted at the United Nation's ECPAT's 20th Anniversary Gala.

November 23: Project Girl is a featured performance at the United Nations for Secretary-General Ban ki-moon and former President of Chile, Michelle Bachelet at the "Unite to End Violence Against Women" conference.

November 16 - 18: Ashley is on tour with Project Girl Performance Collective. We will be conducting GirlPower workshops and performing. Visit Project Girl Performance Collective's website for more details.

November 13: Ashley debuts two new short plays, "Riding in Cars with Hezbollah" and "The Best Little Whore in Texas" in Co-Op Theatre East's Radio COTE.

October: "Live from Pod 305", Ashley's short play is featured in Manhattan Theatre Source's Estrogenius Festival, October 26th through October 28th. Tickets available at www.estrogenius.org.

October: "Muzungu" by David Myers, produced by Ashley and Co-Op Theatre East debuts at Fourth Street Theatre. Tickets are available through Smarttix.

September: Co-Op Theatre East and Project Girl Performance Collective's "Ten Years Later: Voices from the Post 9/11 Generation Speak" co-directed by Ashley debuts at Peter Jay Sharp Theatre (Playwrights Horizons) and is produced throughout the tri-state area. SUMMER 2011

August 11: Ashley booked a spot on the Onion News Network, Season 2- playing "Hailey Boyes", airing on the Independent Film Channel!

July 28th: Ashley's short play "Standing In Front of 9/11 Waiting for the End of the World" is featured in the BareKnuckle Theatre Festival at the Producer's Club. The cast features Robert A. K. Gonyo, Anna Savant and Tyrus Cucavac and is directed by Casey Cleverly.

"Live From Pod 305", written by Ashley will be featured in the 2011 Estrogenius Festival in October at the Manhattan Theatre Source and published in the 2011 Book of Estro.

Ashley is enrolled in Danny Talbott's Site Specific Directing Class at Primary Stages/ESPA. She will be creating theatre in public places throughout NYC.

June 24th: Project Girl Performance Collective performing at the White House

SPRING 2011

Project Girl Performance Collective launches short film on the making of "Voices Without Borders: Project Girl Congo".

March 26th: Ashley will be attending Directors Lab North this June in Toronto.

March 25th: Project Girl Performance Collective is performing "GirlPower: Survival of the Fittest" at Pace University in the Student Union 8:00pm. This performance is free and open to the public.

March 18th: Co-Op Theatre East is presenting "Building Solidarity through Theatre" at Left Forum at Pace University - 3:00 pm .

March 3rd: Ashley is performing "Harvest" by Mira Ptacin in SWEET: Actors Reading Writers at Three Cups of Tea in the East Village, NYC.

March 1st: Project Girl Performance Collective is performing at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women Conference

February 27th: Ashley filmed A Closer Look, paranormal television pilot in Pennsylvania.

February 21st: Project Girl Performance Collective performed at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women Consultation Day.

January 28th: Co-Op Theatre East's production of Trojan Women Redux opens at the Looking Glass Theatre
